After viewing what seemed like thousands of properties, we came across what will become our first Wooftopia facility. Located in Linden Woods off Waverley Street, 25 Otter Street is just six minutes north of Kenaston Boulevard & McGillivray Boulevard, and an easy eighteen minutes from the downtown core.
After three long weeks of negotiations, the lease was officially signed and demolition started. Plenty of work is needed to update the space to meet city requirements and create a unique, clean and comfortable space for clients and staff.
Wooftopia’s open-concept floor plan offers plenty of room for dogs of all ages, sizes and personalities to learn and play. Our main indoor play area is nearly 3,000 square feet and can be sectioned off for different play groups and energy levels. The outdoor space will offer a large, secure play area for clients to run, play and sniff. A separate 400 square foot play room will be used for small dogs or puppies, doggy downtime and behavioural assessments. The spacious front lobby will include a hand-picked selection of retail items, sourced locally with our environment in mind. Our grooming room is quietly tucked away to provide clients a relaxing spaw experience.
